Construction Division
Completed projects under this division include Casa Subang service apartments in USJ, SEGi College in Kota Damansara and National Youth Training Institute in Peretak, Selangor. This division is continuously seeking new construction projects from both private and public sectors. Currently, we are working together with few companies to venture into projects via Public Private Partnership(PPP) using Built Lease Maintain and Transfer(BLMT) concept.
