Dato' Tiong Kwing Hee, was appointed to the Board on 18 September 2008. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in Business Administration from Hanover College, United States of America in 1982 and a Master Degree in Business Economics from Miami University, United States of America in 1983.
He started his career with Sim Lim Holdings Berhad in 1983 as Executive Officer in charge of corporate finance and was promoted to Manager in 1984 and General Manager in 1985. He left Sim Lim Holdings Berhad in 1987 following his takeover of 190,000 acred of virgin timber concession in Kapit, Sarawak and was a shareholder cum Director of Marketing in Wansuria Sdn Bhd.

He was a substantial shareholder in London Pacific Ltd, a company listed in the New Zealand Stock Exchange between 1988 and 1994. In 1994, he left the timber industry when he sold off his stake in Wansuria Sdn Bhd to Pan Pacific Asia Berhad. In 1995, he joined D-Systems Pte Ltd, Singapore as Chief Executive Officer before being given a 2-years contract as Executive Director of Pancaran Ikrab Berhad in October 1997.

In 2000, Dato' Tiong was appointed as Executive Director of Mercury Industries Bhd. He joined EcoFirst Consolidated Berhad on 2 September 2008. Dato' Tiong has more than 26 years of hands-on experience, extensive knowledge and exposure in international business, corporate planning, corporate finance and corporate turnaround.
CAROLINE WAMBECKDEPUTY
(General Manager, Finance & Operations)

Caroline Wambeck obtained her professional accounting qualification from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. She has been with the group since 1989 and is currently the General Manager for Accounts & Finance Department handling mainly the Group’s Corporate Finance, Accounting, Investment and Treasury matters. She is also overseeing operations of the Group.
 
 
Chew Yet Gor
(HR & Administration Manager)

Ms Chew Yet Gor joined Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd on 1 November 2010 as Human Resource and Administration Manager. She started her career in human resource after obtaining her Bachelor of Development Science from National University of Malaysia.
 
 
Prior to joining Ecofirst, she was attached to manufacturing company in human resource and administration department. She has 19 years of experience in staff recruitment, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, human resource policies & procedures, employee relations, expatriate & foreign workers’ employment applications.
 
 
Sally Tang
(Complex Manager-South City Plaza)

Ms Sally Tang has been the Complex Manager for South City Plaza since 1 July 2013. She is responsible for daily operations, marketing, advertising & promotions, tenancy and maintenance for the whole South City Complex. She holds a Diploma in Computer Science and Information Technology. Sally has 13 years’ of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Property Management, Sales & Leasing of Commercial Lots, Condominium, retails and offices. She is highly involved in Business development and Property Management, Customer relationship as well as Advertising and Promotions prior to joining our Group.
 
Wong Cheng Yee
(Complex Manager-1Segamat)

Ms Wong Cheng Yee joined Tashima Development Sdn Bhd on 17 January 2010. She graduated from Coventry University, United Kingdom by obtaining BA ( Hons ) in Business Administration and has more than 17 years of experience in various industries such as leading hypermarket retail industry, international chain hotel industry, tertiary education industry, education loan and financing industry, palm oil industry, remarkably in handling the pre-opening team until smooth running of the full operation successfully in various departments.
 
Lim Bee Teng
(Legal Manager)

Ms Lim Bee Teng graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the University of London in 2008 and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice in 2009. She has been the corporate in-house legal counsel in a well-known retail group prior to joining Ecofirst. She possesses a wide spectrum of experience in conveyancing, tenancy, land and suppliers’ agreements as well as Bursa announcement. She joined EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd in May 2014 and will be in charge of the Group’s corporate legal matters.
 
Kenny Phan Won Keoon
(Business Manager)

Mr Kenny Phan joined Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd on 2 January 2014 as Business Manager overseeing group of companies’ business and new business opportunities. He started his career in IT industry with 8 years’ experience after obtaining Higher Diploma in Computing from Staffordshire University (UK), APIIT programme. He gained further 5 years’
 
 
exposure in his career for managerial roles including IT Manager, IT Operation Manager, Business Process Outsourcing Manager and Business Development Manager. He is also equip with few years’ experience in expanding company business from local business to overseas market and other online business opportunity. He is highly involved in business market research and social grouping to maximize the business network opportunities.
 
 
Abu Sufian Musa
(Bowling Business Development Manager)

Mr Abu Sufian Musa is holding the position of Bowling Business Development Manager. He joined Fantasy Bowl in South City Plaza on 1 October 2012 and he is the pioneer staff of the bowling business.

Mr Sufian has 12 years of experience in bowling industry prior to joining our Group. He is in charge of the bowling operations, marketing and maintenance of the whole center.
 
Lim Bee Teng
(Building Maintenance Manager-South City Plaza)

Mr. Simon Boon Eng is the Building Maintenance Manager for South City Plaza since 16 July 2009. He has 30 years of experience in maintenance, building and facilities management for complexes, office towers and hotels.

Current areas of responsibilities for Mr. Simon are supervising building maintenance team including maintenance, operations and car park staff, monitoring and coordinating with service providers for housekeeping, security & landscaping, in charge of all M&E equipment including air-conditioners, fire fighting system, escalators, elevators, generator, plumbing & sub-station.
 
Ng Teck Hoe
(Project Director)

Ng Teck Hoe is a graduate with an Honors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malaya(1982) and has vast experiences in management of construction works as well as project development. He has completed many prestigious projects including the Proton Plants at Tanjung Malim , Glenmarie Cove Development at Telok Gong, Klang , and numerous hi-rise residential and mixed development projects. He has also gained valuable experiences in overseas engagement , notably the management of the mixed development at the Reem Island Development at Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
 
Carene Chan Sau Leng
(Company Secretary)

Ms Carene Chan joined Symphony in December 2014 as Senior Manager, heading a team of 8 staff and responsible for the management of secretarial matters of 270 companies including 3 public listed companies.

Prior to that, Ms Carene Chan was the Senior Secretarial Manager in charge of all the secretarial

 
 
and corporate matters of Impiana Group of Companies and forty (40) private limited companies. Her job functions include handling corporate matters, training and managing a team of secretarial staff and ensuring all the companies are in compliance with all the rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies.

She has more than 21 years’ experience in company secretarial practice including public listed companies, ranging from property development, piling & construction, industrial gas, supermarket, hotels & resorts etc.

Ms Carene Chan is an associate member of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA) since 1996.
 
 
SO HSIEN YING
(Internal Auditor)

Ms.So is the Principal Consultant / Director of the Sterling Business Alignment Consulting Sdn Bhd (SBAC), a business consulting company, which specializes in helping small and medium size organizations to maximize return on investments and drive business performance. She has 18 years working experience in Corporate Planning, Business.

Process Improvement, Information Systems Deployment, Risk Management and Internal Audit. Ms.So is also a trainer for the Bursa Malaysia Continuous Education Program for directors of listed companies. She speaks for
 
 
the Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Internal Control Systems and Management Systems topics. Besides that, she is also a trainer for the Certified Professional Manager Program for Growing The Effective Manager, a program under the Prolus Scheme of PSMB. Ms So is also a member of Board of Governance of a Private Higher Education College.

SBAC provides a wide range of services that help organizations meet the ever-increasing challenges to optimize growth, cost reduction, and enhance value creation for shareholders by aligning and implementing strategies; innovating business processes; defining and deploying pragmatic technology solutions; and mobilizing people to adopt new paradigms. Prior to setting up SBAC in 2003, Ms.So was a senior manager, who provided internal management consulting services to a public listed group of companies. Her primary job responsibilities included corporate and business planning, business process improvement, risk management, financial and management analysis and research. She had successfully led and completed a wide range of projects in various industries within the group.
